Military move. My team had Aiden, Bryan, and I believe his name was Jason probably. They didn’t wrap my white couch and it came damaged with black spots. They took apart my desk and didn’t protect it properly, so the desk is broken. My dresser completely fell apart in the packaging, the wood was ripped and can’t be put back together so that’s broken. My tv is broken with a huge crack. My bed is missing parts and can’t be put back together.
Very rude people to deal with amd extremely disorganized. They are very dismissive and dont know how to locate anythinf g you hand them and are quick to lose it. I do ot reccomend
Terrible Communication and Unfulfilled Delivery Our military PCS started off smoothly with Coleman’s pack-up process, but everything went downhill from there. We had signed paperwork for a March 17th delivery, only to find out on March 17th that our belongings were never scheduled on their end. No one informed us of anything, and now Coleman is telling us they’re “completely booked” for delivery—meaning we have no idea when we’ll actually get our stuff. Attempts to reach them have been met with no real solutions.
Edit to add-the neighbors watched the driver hit my car and no one said anything. Between the packers and storage, there was significant damage and missing all hardware to my belongings. One worker, Aileen, was amazing. Another worker said to the whole team multiple times, he would not do my full unpack that was being paid for. His attitude is why I didn’t have the unpack completed and it was a struggle to get even my TVs put together and mattress unwrapped. The team also had no tools to put anything together.

If you value your personal belongings, I would definitely not use Coleman for military moving. This was one of many irreplaceable items that were damaged in our move to Hawaii. The crew that came was barely competent; even had to educate them on how to use shipping bolts for a washing machine.

Shawn, Javon, Anthony, Matt, and Dwan were all very nice and helpful with unloading our household goods. A lot of our stuff was damaged from the moving company in GA, but this team was helpful in pointing out damages and placing our items where they needed to go on the property.
