My unit caught fire in November 2024 due to gross negligence by a third-party roofing company. Thousands of dollars worth of damages and lost items. We weren’t allowed to touch the unit due to it being under heavy investigation, and I never received any calls or updates from any managers like I was supposed to. It took Bader until January 2025 to humor me with a response and cut a check after ignoring me until I finally requested a different insurance adjuster because mine was awful and never communicated.

We called ko storage and they told us the gate locks at 9:30 pm. On 5-4-25 we unloaded our uhail truck in our unit at 10:30 am on 5-5-25 we went back to put more stuff from the car. I drove up and have seen my lock was cut and opened the unit and someone stoled our stuff that we was able to save from our house being flooded from the storm. Called ko and no one helped. Called the police and reported it. Now I'm talking to a lawyer to sue ko storage for not securing the gate which stays open all night long.

Worst experience ever. The guy who answers the phone is useless and needs to be trained on customer service and his JOB. Did not have answers for anything. I asked for a manager and he said he would give them a message to call me. I really hope someone calls me soon.

Hey Blanche, we're sorry to hear you haven't had a 5 Star experience with us! Our Facility Manager, DeAnn, offices out of our Lawton properties Monday - Friday during normal business hours. We have online bill pay to make it as convenient as possible to pay your storage bill!
terrible place broken gates and security cameras are not working. upper management will not fix issues. homeless everywhere sleeping in units and theft is almost a daily occurrence

This is a worthless storage facility, they have no one working there snd security is non existeant, they charge for insurance and makes it mandatory-dont use this storage facility

I rented a 5x10 2 days ago paid 48$ and 3 days later I'm being sent a bill to pay it again I payed 48$ for a month not 3 days
