The representatives over the phone are unprofessional and don’t care about their customers. I’ve been trying to get a price match the last two days and they have been both inconsistent in their answers and not helpful what so ever. When I got a quote with Penske they were offering $400 LESS on a 6’ LONGER truck AND UNLIMITED MILEAGE. U-Haul does not offer the same kind of savings and based off my interactions they don’t care that they’re losing business.
I got double charged for a a towing dolly for $296. In both your pickup location and drop off location told me there was nothing they could do about it they passed me along to the 1-800 number and I got hung up on. Plus I got charged another $12 for a dolly that I was never given I would not use this particular company ever again.
The black short guy was nasty and did not even greet customers coming in. Even mistaken me from somebody else today. You guys are lucky that I did not sue you all for having a laceration on my leg last yr when we rented the 20ft truck. We told them that last year but did not care at all. I still have the pictures of my laceration.
My family and I drove 56 min to the nearest Uhaul, to have our car serviced. We got confirmation for our appointment and dropped our car of 15min prior. My husband called the corporate office on our way to the store as well as went in to …

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I get my trailer hitches here. Had problems with the lights. Drake helped me get my lights fixed plus he was getting several rentals ready. He did a great in the fast paced environment. Thanks for getting my trailer lights fixed.
Came in this morning to pick up the big mamma jamma 26 footer. We had made the reservation over the phone yesterday. Tasha helped my husband and I get all the paperwork in order when we stepped into the building. She also let us know we could keep the truck for 24 hours at the same cost that we had estimated til 7pm. We were not aware of this and appreciated not feeling rushed! Her personality is pretty awesome, my husband and I appreciated her smile and her friendliness.

I rent a storage unit at this location and I recently rented a 6x12 trailer for a day as well. This facility and its staff are top-notch. It’s always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and I would say it’s easily the best in town. Jeff and Malaysia are very personable, polite, and just superb people, and made my experience perfect! My rating is 10/10 and I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else.😁👍
Bennie helped me greatly with my experience at Uhaul. He was very well educated on every aspect I needed help with as well as went above and beyond to exceed expectations I had. Would definitely come back to this Uhaul to work with Bennie again on future moving and storage needs! The area was also welcoming and kept tidy.
