I utilized his services last year without any issues. However, in 2024, I hired him again to load my belongings, and the experience was disappointing. Mohamad worked at a very slow pace, significantly extending the duration of the job. What should have taken 2 hours ended up taking 5 hours. This was both surprising and unprofessional. Even his coworker expressed concern about his inefficiency, noting that he made multiple trips unnecessarily. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

Bottom Line: This business is unresponsive and unreliable. If they can’t handle the basics then handling your precious belongings is questionable. Booking with Mohammed and his team was such a hassle. My first warning should have been how unresponsive the business was initially with no voicemail set-up but I figured it could have been a busy day so I didn’t read too much into it when I got his call several hours later that evening.

Flexible, Professional, and Stress-Free Unloading. Moving into a new home can be unpredictable, but Mohammad and the team at Affix Movers made the process completely seamless. They handled the unloading, unpacking, and setup of our PODs with care, speed, and efficiency. What stood out most was their incredible flexibility—when our PODs delivery schedule shifted, Mohammad handled it without hesitation and kept us informed every step of the way. He was prompt, professional, and genuinely easy to work with.
About a month ago I had Affix Movers move me. They were very quick, careful and efficient. The weather was not the best but they took all necessary measures to make sure my belongings were wrapped correctly and moved without any damage! Customer service was A+!!! I had used Affix Movers on two separate occasions to transfer my household furniture including heavy dining room set, queen-size bed, dressers, mirrors, lamps, framed pictures, fragile serving dishes from Philadelphia to Virginia. Affix Movers service was superb—reliable, timely, smooth, skillful, pleasant. Everything arrived; nothing was broken; everything was deposited in the new house exactly as requested. Mohammed was totally responsible and above board with every aspect involving these transfers.
