These movers were very unskilled. They arrived late, drunk, and the job took twice as long for no reason. What should have took 4-5 hours took 8 and they expected me to pay their slowness. They broke my 75 inch tv, lost the legs to my 65 inch tv or stole them because the guy kept mentioning he had the same exact tv. They scratched my wooden dining table, lost the legs to my bed, lost my son’s hot wheels track or stole because he mentioned having a son as well. My fish tank also broke during the move.
We’re willing to bet that many of these positive reviews are probably fakes. This company has horrible service, and I mean horrible. When we called, we were persuaded to book direct through cash app instead of on the Groupon website. We booked for 3 movers, but on moving day only 2 showed up, resulting in us being charged additional fees on top of what we’d already agreed to pay, because naturally we went over the planned time with only 2 movers instead of 3.
DO NOT USE these people. They were beyond unprofessional when dropping off my stuff. Mind you I did not choose them as a moving company. I went through a broker and they had these people come drop our stuff off. There were a total of 4 …
You have the wrong company. We are Signature Moving out of Maryland and have never done a job for a customer with your name. If you had issues contact our phone number to resolve but we don’t have anyone with your name in our database and have not worked with any broker to complete a job for you.
I’m writing this review because in hindsight my last experience was really disturbing. I have a serious medical condition deeming me unable to lift heavy items. Hell, I can barely walk some days. I used them in 2024 and they did a great job. I used them again last month and there were many issues. For one, I had to do 2 moves. The last time I moved a lot of items to my storage unit which is still there. My storage unit is full. The truck could not gave been packed properly.
Do not and I repeat do not trust this company or believe their positive reviews. I hired this company twice within a months time due to the apartment I moved to be inhabitable and my stuff came up missing and damaged. The owner said he would investigate and I was more than patient with him. He then calls and wants to argue with me over the phone and what real man does this? Professionalism they don’t have at all. They were also late for the first move.

I can’t recommend this moving company enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. The scheduling process was quick, easy, and very affordable. I booked my move on a Thursday, and they had me moved that Saturday—even though it was a last-minute request! The movers arrived right on time and were not only professional but also friendly and approachable. I had a lot of belongings, but they worked efficiently while taking great care of everything.
Ryan and Jewels were both experienced and the nicest guys to work with. Even in 102 degree temperatures they just kept going and didn’t skip a beat. These guys were just hard working and genuine guys. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a fair price. No reservations!

I cannot recommend Ryan and Jewels highly enough! They helped load my 26-foot U-Haul, and I was absolutely blown away by their work. Their packing and organizing skills were incredible—they carefully stacked and arranged everything with such precision that they managed to use every single inch of the truck. I honestly didn’t think everything would fit, but they made it happen, and not a single item was left behind. What impressed me even more was their work ethic.
