I booked this company one month in advance for a morning appointment. After checking in the week of the move in date I was told that I would have to be booked in the afternoon because there was someone else ahead of me. During the day of my move my appointment was pushed back 3 times and the movers ended up being 3 hours late causing my early afternoon move to finish around 10pm in the evening.
They only packed up half of what they were supposed to and left the room a complete mess, they left dirty dishes in my kitchen, they stole multiple items from my apartment, and they left the doors and windows wide open after leaving. DO NOT HIRE THEM
I am livid. First, I REALLY wanted to like the service and I feel bad because the movers were nice... but I was told they would be at my old place by 4 pm, they didn’t show up till 8:30. I get it, it’s the busy season and if this was the only issue I would let it go. Then they damaged my bed frame and dropped my air conditioner out the window. From there I drove to my new address (about a 40 minute drive). I called after having time to go to an ATM and get cat food with no word from them.
Unfortunately I cannot lie about Tom & his crew. They milked the clock and charged $2500 for a job that should've been completed in 3-4 tops. They didn't take anything apart nor build anything back. Took breaks over & over again. Took 100 …

I can’t recommend Affording Angel Moving and storage enough. From the very beginning, Tom was incredibly communicative, responsive, and easy to work with. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and made what could have been a very stressful move feel so much more manageable. The moving crew was fantastic—professional, hardworking, careful with my belongings, and genuinely friendly. They treated my furniture with great care and worked efficiently all day.
I had a great experience with Affordable Angels! The owner, Tom, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout. He helped me pick a storage unit size and checked in to be sure we had everything in order ahead of time. On the day of moving they were on time, efficient in moving, and extremely friendly! I will be using them again!
Tom did a fantastic job helping me move some boxes locally in the Boston area. My schedule was backed up on moving weekend and he was present the very next day on short notice. He was pleasant to work with and quoted an affordable, reasonable price.
