They'll charge you $25 on a $99 unit if you're 2 days late paying because your autopay card needed to be replaced. HVAC is adequate. Pallet trucks impossible to maneuver in/out of elevators and around corners (get a unit by a loading dock). Security seems adequate. Staff are either rude or distracted pot heads.
If u have a unit here and you pass away this place will hold your items from your family and will require your family to pay for your unit until you go to court to get a power of attorney not just a death certificate if you don’t pay they will sell the unit….. i understand the laws but to pay for the unit or they sell the unit rather then releasing the items to the family….

I will never go back to this storage , even if it’s the only storage on the planet . Their staff is not properly trained , misleading advertisement, Termination Policy is unclear. I am contacting senior management for clarify and explanation. *REACHED OUT senior management more than 10 days ago on January 3, 2024 left my phone number and the reason of my call ,- received no follow up. No phone call , nothing. Absolutely bad management .
This location has went down hill over the last year with new management. Oddly hard to get good communication and service from the team unless you visit in person. I’ve had them tell me my unit doesn’t exist or was cleared out, send me bills for other units multiple times, new and increasing fees, the list goes on. Carolyn was always lovely and easy to work with.

Instead of trying to reserve a storage unit online (it was complicated for me) I decided to call. Over the phone Monica made it as smooth as possible. Fast and efficient. Great storage venue inside always very clean and safe. Parking lot and roll up doors especially facing Fountain Street massive pot holes and a lot of chipped concrete at the doors. I’ve tipped over a flat bed loaded with boxes twice now - not sure why such a profitable venue can’t take a couple of units rent for one month and pay to fix the pot holes and concrete. Make it look nice and like you appreciate the customers. Simple fix and it would make a huge improvement.

I needed to find a storage place in a day that was close to my child campus and inexpensive. A parent told me about All American Self Storage. I spoke to customer service over the phone but then decide to go take a look for myself. Aelson at the Framingham location was a big help. He remembers the parent who referred me to that location and guided me through the process he was also able to put our units next to each other.
