DO NOT TRUST THESE NATICK, FRAMINGHAM LOCATION, THIS MANAGER IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND SICK PERSON I MET ON THE LAST 20 YEARS DOING BUSINESS AT NATICK, FRAMINGHAM LOCATION. I DO NOT RECOMMEND UNTIL THEY HAVE THIS ACTUAL SICK MANAGER. DISGUSTING AND ALL BAD BEHAVIOR ONE PERSON CAN HAVE TOGETHER. ALMOST LOST A BUSINESS BECAUSE THEIR IRRESPONSIBILITY. BUT NO WORRIES I NO LONGER HAVE ANY BUSINESS IN NATICK OR FRAMINGHAM LOCATION FROM NOW AND ON.
We placed a reservation back in May for a 26’ truck that we needed for the last day of July. Today there was only one employee working at the facility that morning, and he was trying his best to process pickups, drop offs, and other paperwork. Although not his fault, we waited over 1.5 hours to pick up a truck we reserved months ago. After the long wait, he realized the keys for our rental truck was somehow misplaced when an earlier customer dropped off the truck that same morning.
I don’t know if thats was the manager or what, but the lady (Spanish i think) that was working today 02/21/26 at around 3:40pm is extremely rude and disrespectful!! and has a horriblee attitude when approaching customer. I been to many uhauls around the country and never experience such of bad customer service from a uhaul rep.
Women up front was zero help and very rude. Made us sit up front waiting while she talked to coworkers then proceeded to give nothing but attitude and told us no to every question we asked. You couldn't pay me to go back and deal with that ogre.

Terrible. They put wrong key in lock box so couldn’t pick up truck before opening hours. Waited until they are supposed to open at 9:00. No one here. No support. Terrible customer service.

I had an outstanding experience with this U-Haul location, thanks to Kazandra and the amazing management team. Late on a Friday night, I needed help finding equipment, and Kazandra went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. She searched every possible option, stayed committed to finding a solution, and got everything figured out. Her professionalism, dedication, and willingness to help were truly exceptional. Kazandra is an incredible leader, and it shows in the way the entire team operates.
Daniel’s un-hurried check-in experience made this a 5-star. Easy to reach location. Awesome hours of operation. No gates. Tons of parking space even for large trucks. Trucks were in great condition.
