In their own words
You get what you pay for, they have a fair price but they do not care about there customers. Some people broke into the storage and damaged / stole things from 11 vehicles. They did not improved security and said that cameras would be to expensive. All they said was that they are not liable and when we asked them to write a letter for the insurance stating that there was a break in the denied it. Update: Until we found a better option we keept our place there, another break in happend and again nothing changed.
First of all I don't know what this means with quotes from The Establishment saying they try very hard to be polite and whatnot. I thought this was supposed to be reviews experienced by the person or persons that are posting the review. But I will say they advertise that they're open till 5:00 but really if you get there 2 seconds after 4:30 they will not let you dump all of which takes at least takes me about 5 minutes.
Thank you for your response. During the winter hours the Gate closes and locks promptly at 5PM. The standing rule is that no one is allowed to dump their RV after 4:30 pm. There is a very good reason, if there is no a set time the dump line … More
It was broken in to several Motorhomes and Catalytic converters were stolen. They don't inform you when that happens. It happened to our Winnebago twice within one year. They didn't even give us any confirmation for our insurance. It's not safe there at all. And one of the two "ladys" working there is very unfriendly and yells at her customers to get off the terrain if they need any help.
Paid for the year to save same money. Canceled ahead of time, per their policy to get a refund for the last two months as we are leaving for Arizona. The lady said that rule doesn't apply to me. And they have rented my spot. So, double dipping and greed at its finest. Go anywhere else! Shame on you, not affordable!
Sorry for your misunderstanding... Our contract does not have a refund statement... If a customer pays in advance and receives a discount, then elects to leave early, the rent is calculated at full price for the months that were used. This policy is the industry standard.....
My toy hauler is stored here and about a month ago my trailer was broken into and my generator along with some other stuff was stolen out of it. And they claim that they're not liable. Isn't that what I'm paying them for? I plan on finding somewhere else real soon.

In their own words
We've been going every week for two years to dump our RV. $30. The dump is EASY to get to!!!! We have a 30' trailer with a long-bed truck - I have no problem maneuvering through the lot. Always works!!! Never a line except after a holiday and only then two ahead at most. The employees are exceptionally friendly!!!! They have their own hose. If it ever has a problem you let them know and they either get it fixed or replace by the next week!
Dee is an absolute GOAT!!! My sister and I were wrapping up a road trip in a rented RV, late to return it because we got caught up whale watching 🐋, and there are very few places in the area to dump the tanks open on a Saturday evening. She helped us out and was super kind and lovely. Give this lady a raise!! …
Very convenient and the lady in the front office is very helpful, somebody get her a golf cart though!
Office lady is friendly and helpful. Easy to use dump station. Affordable prices
