My trailer was broken in to awhile back and no one new, they said they will call cops and look at video but never got back to me. My trailer and a neighbors trailer got completely damaged and side-by-side was stolen out of the toy haulers. A complete mess and they did not know until a fellow renter notified them. I got there and I had to call police. Lots of damage and money lost.

I hadn't had any problems at that location until I rented a parking space; from that point on, people started removing the car cover from my vehicle. I contacted the manager, María, to ask who had taken the cover off my car, and she told me she didn't know—claiming it must have been the wind. I asked if she could check the security footage, but she refused. That was the first time it happened; later, the exact same thing occurred again.

This location has serious security and communication flaws. My RV was stored here, and the property was broken into via a cut fence through the park. Management never notified renters of the breach; I only discovered it two months later when visiting my vehicle and realized my brand-new moped, which was chained to the RV, had been stolen. When I reported it, management confirmed via cameras that they saw someone dragging the moped through the cut fence, but they refused to let me view the footage.

Be really careful When storing your RV or Toy hauler here. I had my toy hauler here for a few years, Had all my toys stolen generator and everything inside helmets goggles gloves I mean cleaned out even some water bottles . What I can’t understand is how it was done without staff seeing or hearing anything. Staff was upset that I had questions about security. Must be someone who knows the ins and outs of the storage.

If you're looking for a safe place to park your RV, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! I have had my trailer broken into 3 times, it was damaged and contents stolen. The sheriff has received multiple complaints about damage and theft. Storage outlet takes no responsibility. But they expect to be paid on time.
