We went to 3 different stores before ending up here. Barry immediately acknowledged us and asked us what we were looking for. We told him we were there for a bed frame and mattress. He allowed us to check out the beds in display and told us he had more in his catalogs in case we didn’t see anything we liked. I appreciated that he didn’t hover over us to make us feel pressured to buy. He was honest about the prices of things and did explain why one was more expensive than the other.
I had an amazing experience at 5 Star Furniture, and I highly recommend working with Barry! From the moment we walked in, Barry was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. I had countless questions about different bedroom sets and couches, and he answered every single one without hesitation. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. What really stood out was the level of customer service.
We had an amazing experience at five star furniture! Moving into a new place can be stressful, but Barry, Alex, and Eric made the process so much easier. They were incredibly helpful, offering expert advice and going the extra mile to ensure we found exactly what we needed. Their customer service was top-notch, and the delivery was smooth and on time. The quality of the furniture is fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything looks in our new home. Highly recommend this store and their wonderful team!
