One of the worst moving experiences I've ever had. I moved from a 1200 sq ft 2bed apt to another 2-bed unit in the same building. I packed all the small items myself and only needed help with large furniture like a bed, sofa, desk, and a small table. I requested 3 movers instead of 2 to make it easier. I don't own a lot--just lots of clothes. Here's what went wrong: 1. Cash demands & surprise fees. After 5PM the rate jumped to $190/hour. And they asking for Cash. 2. Took over 5 hours and still didn't finish.

I used mario moving on 1/31/18 I spoke with Lea for arrangements to move my senior mom. She was moving from a 500 square foot 1 bedroom apt. 1 bed, 1 frig, 1 love seat, 2 chairs, 2 tv's, boxes. Which should take 3 hours max since we already packed and boxed everything. Mario's estimate is 3-5 hrs. The rates are so reasonable because they send 2 very young and inexperienced movers who took 9hr 40 mins!!! To move such a small amount of belongings.
It took them 8/9 hours to move my already packed 2 bedroom 20 minutes away. I really feel like they were letting the clock run to get paid more. They also told me during payment what is customary to tip (I didn’t ask and so felt pressured to tip for poor service). I regret choosing this company.

Best moving experience I have ever had. On time, efficient and within budget. Dima and Arthur were amazing and so fast. I requested 3 hours and they were done in 2.5 hours. I have had some horror stories moving, but not with this company. HIGHLY recommend!
