They broke expensive glass on a table and put deep scratches in the wood flooring. They took the glass pieces to use as a template to get a replacement made, and blew us off from there. Constant phone calls for a few months, and nothing. Wouldn't even talk to us again. Terrible service. Would not recommend. REPLYING TO THEIR RESPONSE: I spent months attempting to work this out and was ghosted by your company from both calls and emails. I'm still upset by this and I have no reason to think that would change.

Just got off the phone with an employee, extremely rude. They don’t have a warehouse or an office, and I’ve asked several times to see the equipment and who’s going to be handling my belongings, he refused and then said to me, “if you don’t like the way we operate you can find another company.” All I wanted to do was see the equipment to make sure I have everything I need before they show up. I’m not sure how this company manages to keep removing negative reviews but they are terrible. Quoted me $1,200 and ended up charging $2,160 while breaking multiple items and losing all the hardware to my bedroom furniture. …

Thanks Emily for sending over two kids that sadly did not know what they were doing. I thought your employees are supposed to know how to properly drive a 26 foot truck esp without getting frustrated. Poor kid could barely see over the wheel let alone make a 90 degree turn. Half hour in and the kid is still parking in a lot that had plenty plenty of space. Even asked me for a beverage before lifting one finger. Asked to use the bathroom 15 minutes later and scratched my couch. Seriously?

Extremely unprofessional. they cancelled my reservation because "prices were changed" and told me to rebook. when i confronted them saying i had already been charged and couldn't cancel they got extremely rude and told me that they could no longer accommodate my move. STAY far away from these unprofessional low lifes. they should not be in business.

The guys banged out my unload quickly and without damaging anything. Only complaint is the three hour minimum. They were done in two and it just feels weird paying for the extra hour. It's like paying for $15 at the gas station and only putting $10 in the tank.
