Horrible experience. I only wish I could rate this a -5. First, they quoted our job: 4 guys for 3 days. First day, 2 guys showed up, they went to lunch for 3 hours and returned with one more person, so total of 3, not 4. One of the guys was so INTOXICATED (his admission) that he had to sit in the truck the rest of the day while the other 2 packed. Then he drove off to sleep somewhere in the truck and ran over our outdoor lighting. 😳.
Aladdin Yep as in magically making your items disappear. We had a 55 mile move and ended up with some valuable items missing. Their answer was always the same. Oh we put it in the garage We would search the garage. missing item still missing. We were told "the owners are very embarrassed and they will make it right" we submitted the claim form and receipts.

Delbert and Alladin Movers provided exceptional communication and highly professional service from start to finish! Delbert genuinely takes the time to listen and is careful and conscientious with his work. It was difficult to find someone to do the job from out-of-state and we are ever-so- grateful we found someone with integrity who takes the initiative to thoroughly communicate including pointing out something that we forgot to take care of and providing us a FaceTime viewing of the end result of the cleared…

Aladdin transfer and storage was great for me and my family! They were reliable not to mention their bid was right on, unlike other companies we've used in the past that then charged us a ton of hidden fees. They are a great group of hard working guys. On time and respectful of our belongings if we move again I wouldn't hesitate to use them in a heart beat.
I wanted to check all boxes of "good quality", "good value", "professional" and "responsive". Moving is traumatic and Delbert and his delightful gang made it so much less difficult. I always felt like they listened and went to extra efforts to make it as smooth as possible. Highly recommend. Anni Law and Michael Murphy.

I saw a piano that a wonderful lady was giving away. It meant so much to her at her old age to give it to someone who would love and appreciate it as she did as a young girl. It was set on my heart to get this for my son as classical music plays such an important role in shaping my life and hopefully also my son. I could not find anyone who would move the piano for under 1000.00. It just cost too much that I thought I would have to give this one up.
