I called them 2 days before my move. They came in 2 hours late and they finished late in the evening! Such unprofessional crew and they charged me unbelievable prices! Beware of this company!!!!!!
Avoid this moving company at all costs, especially if you’re relocating a studio apartment. I was shockingly overcharged $1,220 for a simple move that stretched to 5 hours, when typically it takes just 3. To make matters worse, a third of my belongings were already packed, and the new apartment was only 1 mile away. The inefficiency was palpable as Benny did most of the heavy lifting while Gabor spent time on phone calls, turning what should have been a two-person job into a one-man move.

On the day of the move no one showed up at the agreed upon time. I had to call for a half hour to even get a response. At that point they told me they could not move our stuff. I had already booked this date a month earlier with the movers and the building I was moving into. I had to move on this date. Although they said they would return my deposit, after a month with no refund I had to call and make it happen. Worst experience ever.
Spoke to Josh(the owner) who got very mad as I questioned the $159 travel charge that he initially said that “ the DOT is obligated him ei charge and retain all money” and then he said “ is the charge for coming to work and going home”. Very dishonest. I will avoid this company and its owner.

Josh was great. Super professional on the phone. I never wondered what he was doing or where he was at. He communicated every step of the move. When he showed up I saw the care he took with my equipment and everything was over wrapped with blankets to make sure they were in perfect condition. You won't go wrong with Josh.
