I used their services about one month ago and was left traumatized and disturbed. My initial interaction with this company was pleasant it wasn’t until the day of the move this nightmare began. I was told additional cost during the move that I wasn’t originally informed about. When I questioned why I was not informed of this additional cost before the day of the move and the facilitator responded by saying if you have any issue, you can call Leo.

Save your money and do it on your own. They nickel and dime you for everything. They never told us they were going to charge us per roll of tape that they use and they charged a assembly/ disassembly fee but they took no furniture apart. The manager Leo charged us more then what he quoted us and on top of everything they scratched my flat screen tv and damaged my furniture. One of the movers damaged my carpet. They don’t respect your beleongings.

The workers, actual guys that do the moving are amazing!!!...HOWEVER!!!, the boss Leo is THE WORST!!! This guy is soooooo deceptive and is a liar!!! He quoted me on price on the phone, but AFTER getting my things loaded and brought to my new home, he gave me a MUCH LARGER PRICE!!! I AM JUST MAD!!! He was very unprofessional, using strong profanity, and threats to call police and I gave the phone back to his worker to do so, but then Leo changed his mind...he was trying to INTIMIDATE ME!
Horrible experience. They will give you a price upfront by hour and WILL take FOREVER for ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING, therefore what would take an hour for any PROFESSIONAL moving company takes them 3. Supposedly you get 3 helpers but reality is 2 of them will be on the phone while one of them does the work. Glad I had two friends to help out because if not , they would’ve taken 10 hours to move everything (not exagereating at all) . They took 5 hours to put everything in the truck .

Spoke with a guy about a quote and he was very rude, condescending and overtalked me the whole call, just trying to get a quote. Because of that alone I did not nor would ever use their services. It's as if they didn't care if they had my business or not, and maybe they are busy enough they don't, but won't use a business that is that unprofessional. After helping me move they misplaced a dresser. when i called to ask if they knew where it was i was told they had forgotten it in the back of a truck. I asked them to bring me the dresser and they insisted i pay them extra if i wanted them to deliver the item they lost. NEVER AGAIN!

Popeye Moving Service did an outstanding job from start to finish. Leo and his crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled all of our belongings with great care. Communication was clear throughout the process, and they made what could have been a stressful move feel easy and organized. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and professional moving company.
Moving is the worst. I’ve done it a few times myself and swore never again. This time I hired movers and it was way better. The team showed up on time, had all the gear, and got right to work. Wrapped my furniture real good and didn’t scratch anything, which honestly surprised me cause I’ve had bad movers in the past. Took longer than I expected, but they were careful and didn’t break anything so I didn’t mind. The lead guy kept me updated the whole time.
Thank you to one of the best moving companies I have ever hired in 20 years! Leo was so impressive with his attention to details! I would not hire anyone else going forward!
