DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After the furniture/boxes were picked, I was told it would leave from FL a few days later. A week went by and no communication. I was supposed to pay half upfront and half when the furniture was delivered but they demanded money before the furniture arrived or said they would leave it at a storage facility in NJ (my furniture was going to MD). Boxes were damaged upon arrival and the packing in the truck was haphazard. See pictures below.

scheduled to have them pick up a dining room table and chairs to take to DC from Florida. They cancelled after telling us they were 10 minutes away. After rescheduling and coming, they had a hard time getting the table out the door-they removed the entire tabletop and bent screws in the process. When delivering in DC they arrived 2 days early and assembled the table improperly so the leaves wouldn't open. They reassembled three times and then said the screws were stripped and couldn't do anything further.
I want to start by saying that everyone knows moving is stressful and a hassle. With this in mind, I was searching for movers for my out-of-state move and was looking for prices that fit my budget. I called for a quote, and Brandon was the representative "helping" me. When he provided the price, I kindly explained that it was out of my budget. Brandon then asked how I planned to move, and I mentioned that my family would help me. To my shock, THIS MAN yelled over the phone, "WELL GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!" and hung up.

Terrible communication. Moved cross country and the delivery guy wouldn't deliver my furniture because he didn't know if I paid for it. Then said I needed to pay him $75 for using the elevator. Movers were late, customer service or person receiving payment said it was hard to find a driver but took my bid anyway. I could have find another company that would've got my things here faster. I chose this company because they were local and most local companies are amazing. This one just took my money and pawned me off.

Terrible company. If I could I will give zero. This guy name Chad such a rude person. Rise the price after loading. We want to cancel it he said that he will not return the goods. We agreed with one whole truck and he brings a truck that is already with goods inside. Please any avoid this company. I have the prove of the DOT that he send. This was the second time I used All America, and once again they did an amazing job. The team was friendly, professional, fast, and really careful with all my belongings. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made the whole moving process so much easier and stress-free. I also really appreciate how responsive and reliable the owner is—everything from scheduling to moving day was smooth and well organized. It’s not easy to find a moving company you can trust, and that’s why I came back again.
I had an excellent experience with All American Moving and Storage from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and handled all of my belongings with great care. They worked efficiently while still taking the time to protect my furniture and fragile items, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The movers were friendly, respectful, and made what could have been a stressful day completely hassle-free.
Highly recommend and had a great experience! Chad communicated the whole time! Made sure my mom, grandma and I felt comfortable every step of The way. Confirmed numerous times if we needed any extra help and the movers with him were help and communicated as well. I would recommend and definitely call again! The price was also exactly what was discussed and no surprises.
I'm not one to write reviews but I think Chad and his guys deserve the credit; I'm a stickler for being on time and he said they would be there at 10:00 a.m. and wasn't a minute late. The nicest guys, I couldn't have been more impressed with how professional and polite they were. Thank you for your hard work.
