The rating breakdown
5 of the 26 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Alero Moving & Storage are one or two star.
Worked out from 26 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Regina
16.4 percentage points higher than the middle of the 18 listings in Regina we can publish a rate for.

In their own words
0/10 Rating!! Do NOT recommend this Moving Company!! DISGUSTING rip off !! Absolutely, SLOPPY WORKMANSHIP!!! Damages to your items. Missing parts! Missing pieces! Absolutely, the WORST MOVING COMPANY!!! I, myself, took great care to pack my belongings using extra bubble wrap and packing into extremely high quality totes and very strong boxes (all in very good condition) so my belongings should have arrived in perfect condition. Well, that did NOT happen. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOUSY MOVING COMPANY!!!
If I could I would give zero stars!!! Stay away from this company like fire! At first, they came to my house, walked through every room, and gave me an estimate of the weight and cost for shipping my belongings. They made a good impression in the beginning, but the nightmare started once they actually came to pack. They told us packing would take about 4 hours – in reality, it took them two exhausting days!
We hired Alero Moving/North American Van Lines/Sirva for our move from Regina to Montreal, and all things considered, it was a bad experience. To start with the good: everyone we spoke to was friendly and professional. All of the prep up until the move was great: communication was awesome, it was easy to get questions answered, getting a quote was very easy. It was not a cheap move, but we assumed that the high cost meant a higher level of care. However, I don’t think we had a single item that was not damaged.

In their own words
Alero Moving did a great job of our move from apartment to storage, in preparation for a cross canada move. Elias, Lucian, and Dustin were friendly, professional, capable, careful and very respectful during what was a hard move for an aging parent. They were prompt and communicated well. I would be happy to work with them again or reccommend them and Alero to friends and family.
Great experience dealing with everyone at Alero Moving. Prompt estimate based on a visit to our home. Careful, efficient moving staff, on time for loading and unloading. Everything went very well, couldn't be more satisfied.
We are so thankful for Alero Moving & Storage Regina! Moving day brought bittersweet and stressful moments. The crew members were patient and supportive throughout the process, a standout was the strong communication they shared with each other. (It is something we can all aspire to achieve!) They were efficient with loading/unloading and the care they took with relocating our items over multiple trips was what eased the stress of moving.
I have used Alero twice for my move from Texas to Regina and Regina to Calgary... Chris is very responsive and helpful .They did a fantastic job .. price wise they were very reasonable... I would recommend for anyone. Ethan and team delivered the stuff twice. None of the items were damaged. Wonderful job!!!
