Unfortunately my husband and I did not have a good experience as others have. As you can see from the photos, the movers dropped our piano and caused the leg to be bent and wood damage on either side. Both our mattresses have grease stains, and one was ripped. They walked on our newly shampooed clean carpets, and got grease stains, and dirt on every piece of furniture they moved. They were quite unprofessional, and in talking with Kyle, we were offered a $500 discount from our move which does not cover the damage.
0/5 stars. Took them a month to deliver our stove. Would cancel and reschedule then cancel again. At one point they rescheduled, didn’t communicate anything further and didn’t show up. The final delivery date we ended up calling to get an update as the online tracking hadn’t been updated for quite some time. Person on the phone was very rude and told us to check online tracking and wouldn’t provide any further info. Finally after a month they showed up.
We came to Kyles Transport to pick up our cabinets that we ordered from Ikea. We had to arrange to bring in a trailer to load this large order on. It was my husband's only day off in several weeks and we live in a small community over an hour outside of the city. We checked the business hours for this company online and as they respond to the Google reviews, one can only assume that the hours listed are correct. The hours are posted as Saturday 12PM to 4PM.
Hello Diana, very sorry for the late response, I wanted to talk to our team before responding. I am upset about your 1st experience with Kyles Transport and your IKEA pickup. This should never happen to our customers, we always make sure our customers come first.
The bitchiness of delivery people is just not needed. You pay IKEA $200 for home delivery so it's not like it's cheap (if it was maybe then the attitude could be tolerated). I was having 23 pieces delivered (I know it was 23 because I heard them bitching about how it was 23 pieces). I asked, because I'm having the livingroom painted, if they could put them around the corner in the dining room. And when I said is that OK? The guy snarkily responsed that he guessed it was going to have to be.
Kyle’s delivered. Bathroom vanity a few weeks ago. On their first attempt they dropped the vanity off the truck and we had to sent it back to Costco. On their second attempt they damaged my flooring in the entry way as well as damaging the drywall in the stairwell. That’s was 3 weeks ago and they keep promising to fix it but so far very little has happened. Very disappointing.

Horrible experience with moving mattress to another city. Lots of oil stains on it and when asking about it, he stop picking up my phone and stop replying to my questions. Take time to find and choose some other moving co. Can’t give it 0 star, that’s why 1 Star.
Hello Patel, I am very sorry that you were upset with our service. I am very surprised you are just writing this now, as we thought this was dealt with back in January when this issue came up. We were in contact with you via phone and email, and thought that this issue was resolved.
Kyle got unprofessional when I refused to do a job that I didnt have the proper documents for, he told me its work and I dont have a choice. I refused to do the lowes contract without proper documentation and I ended up getting fired for that.
Hi Tyler, Ryan here. I'm sorry you feel this way. I just wanted to clarify, that you weren't missing any documentation, we had everything, it had just not been submitted yet which had no bearing on you performing required job duties.
Delivery drivers were disrespectful of my property, didn’t appreciate me asking them to stop. They didn’t finish the job and handled it very poorly.

We moved out of a three story townhouse into a house. Lloyd and Nick were fantastic. They showed up on time with positive attitudes and were extremely efficient throughout the whole process. They were very friendly, polite and helpful as well as made the whole process so much easier. I'm so happy we went with this company as the workers are fantastic. We felt comfortable with them moving all of our personal belongings.

After contacting every moving company within the Regina area through email for quotes, Kyle was the only one who actually took the time to fully read our requirements and responded with not only an extremely professional, well detailed quote, but was also friendly and took the time to ensure we knew exactly how everything would work! On moving day, the guys arrived on time, were so careful with everything, packed the truck perfectly so nothing moved around, and were beyond friendly and quick!

I used Kyles for the delivery of an appliance and removal of another one at the same residential apartment condominium location. They were very professional and went out of their way to help me despite an oversight of mine in not knowing the freight elevator used for moving appliance etc., was not booked for it. They returned the next day to complete the delivery. They were able to undertake my order with short notice as i am in need quite often of short time windows.

I had to try and figure out how to get my mom moved from Regina to her new home about two hours north, and only had a few days to work something out... So, I started searching on Google, and that’s when I found it-our Godsend! Not only was Kyle able to work this move into an already busy schedule of his, but he was also able to accommodate a last minute addition to it!
