First off I would like to say the 2 movers were very friendly & did an great job moving some of our remaining larger items (as we did almost the whole move on our own besides some of the larger items). Problem I had is the quote from Tim the owner as to when the contract was put in front of me on the day of the move the flat truck fee was $50 higher than quoted & a minimum 3 hour labor fee was in the contract which was never discussed with me.
I was not impressed with my movers about 3 months ago. My stuff was damaged. My jewelry box that they put in the basement, they ended up having rings and earrings all over. My snowman that was made for me by a late uncle was found to be broke. They damaged some totes. They never wrapped any items. They told me that they would provide TV boxes to put my tvs in, that never happened. They showed up in a uhaul trailer. I will not hire this company again.

In their own words
Our moving crew was professional, hardworking, and very respectful throughout the process. They worked quickly and made sure everything was moved safely into our new place. I really appreciated their positive attitude, efficiency, and the care they showed overall. Moving is always stressful, and they definitely helped make it easier. I would recommend them to others and am grateful for their help.” I moved from IL to FL...
These men did an amazing job for my project! I was quoted for a 3hr job, and even though I thought it would take alot longer and requested a 6hr crew, they completed everything I asked for (and then some) in a very professional manner and quicker than the original 3hrs I was quoted! Only charged me for the original 3hrs as well. I will definitely hire them again for any projects I have in the future!
