Terrible experience. Brought vehicle in to have tow hitch installed April 13th, 2026 Guy behind counter was very vulgar and cussing from the second I walked in. Upon leaving, my vehicle was louder than normal. By the time I got home I sounded like a rockets ship. Called location and lady said manager that did install was gone for the day and wouldn't be back till next afternoon. Called another oshkosh location and they had me bring it to them.
Very bad experience everyone I get propane nobody ever there to help me. I request propane and no one shows up. The girl with pink hair in there and glasses pink and black hair kicked me out today denied me service when I waited 20 min I’m sure camera footage would show that. It was around 3. She got angry because I went looking for her by the back near the rest rooms and yelled anyone here and she comes out of the garage area close by the register and blows up at me saying get out of here it’s employees only I’m…
Had two U Boxes shipped from Tennessee to this location. Had called to make sure both boxes would be ready for my pickup date the night before. Was told they would be ready and I could pick them up at anytime. Got here this morning and was told I would have to wait 5 hours until they would be ready to be loaded onto the trailer. Staff is unhelpful and rude. Be careful using this location.
The girl behind the counter refused to fill my propane tank because "it was snowing and she might get frostbite". The snow was extremely light and it was 25 degrees above zero. So we can't buy propane all winter??? This is just an employee not wanting to do her job!!! Extremely disappointed with this visit!!!

I came to the branch for propane and there was only one associate, it seemed, running the store helping all other customers. It was extremely hot out and he still was very friendly and helpful with my purchase. Thank you Tre for your service , I will definitely be coming here again for my propane.
Tre was top notch. I’ve never had a blast dealing with moving until I came across Tre. If I was a store manager I’d make him my assistant if not give him the whole store. Customer service [phone removed]%. He turned a cloudy day into a time at the beach. Promote this man asap.
