We had to sue them for charging us almost double what was quoted and showing up 6 hours late for the job. The father and son that run this company are incredibly shady and lied in court several times. We were so lucky we documented our experience because without it they would have lied and won in court. Luckily we had proof so they lost. Also do not sign there "bill" until you know for sure they didn't damage your stuff because they only pay 10 cent per pound which is basically nothing.
These movers were unprofessional, making rude comments about having to move from an upstairs apartment to another upstairs apartment and having to move all of the storage bins. Like, what? Is that not what you’re being paid to do? Completely unprofessional. This was a move for my sister. She was quoted $1100, which sounded reasonable for a small apartment move to another larger apartment. These people ended up charging her MORE THAN DOUBLE what they quoted.
The WORST experience. They dumped EVERYTHING into stupid huge wardrobe boxes and had everything such a mess that I can't find anything. I have to go through everything and sort it all out. I will NEVER use them again! They also LOST MY …

I’ve waited six months to make this review because I was so infuriated at the time of the move. I wanted to be sure that my comments were fair and objective… Hence the wait. Working with this company was a disappointment, but it didn’t need to be. Although the moving crew was enthusiastic and likeable, it’s clear that their management is not customer-focused. I will share one example to illustrate my point. The (local) move included disassembly and reassembly of beds that were being moved.
Actual cost was over twice the estimate. Provided detail of items moved in email, so variation was expected. But the actual cost WAS MORE THAN TWICE THE ESTIMATE. MORE THAN TWICE THE ESTIMATE? Excuses made were known when providing original estimate. A total rip off. But then again, customer service is an endangered species, if not extinct! Caveat Emptor! Appearance is deceiving.
Had three movers come, first they did not send the right size truck for the amount of stuff we had told the lady that we booked with we had 40+ boxes, book shelves, a twin bed, kitchen table, desk, cabinets and more. we agreed to just move …

Hi Larry, We offered to reschedule your move instead of moving during a snow storm. Also, your association did not plow the roads in your trailer park until the afternoon.
Do not use either of them, over prices. Highly recommended looking for another moving company. To many broken items on moves

When I decided to move from Fond du Lac, Wisconsin I got quotes from 4 other companies besides Dreifuerst & Sons. I had never used moving company before and they made the whole experience easy for me. Everyone at Dreifuerst was very friendly and easy to work with. All went smoothly and the arrival of my household worked out great. I have found no broken or damaged items and unpacking is almost complete. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking to make any move, large or small.
