I had a terrible experience with this company and want to warn others before they make the same mistake. While their initial quote seemed competitive, the actual service was reckless. They damaged several of my belongings due to poor packing and rough handling. Not only did they damage/destroy several items due to reckless handling, but they also failed to perform the basic services I paid for.

My things were packed by Gustavo and Gustavo Jr. last year when we moved from WI to IN. It wasn't until we were unpacking that I realized how many things were mispacked and destroyed in the process. Priceless paintings were packed with no padding and a rack with sharp ends. It pierced the painting all the way through. My game consoles were "thrown" in with the air conditioning unit, into a large box, without any protection. This kind of treatment was significant and consistent throughout the packing.

I had made several calls to other movers in the area and Too Notch Movers gave us the cheapest quote and what I thought was a very fair quote. Ben and Skyler, as soon as they pulled up to my apartment immediately got to work and instead of doing one room at a time, they both went in separate rooms and began moving things. They were friendly and treated our belongings with respect. I have already recommended them to other people in my complex.

These guys where awesome. They give a message 48hr to confirm moving day and time. They call with eta to when they are about 20mins out. They had everything out of my apartment in like 20 mins and once we got to my unit another 15 mins the longest part of the move was driving to the unit that was 1 hour 30 mins away. They were so efficient and nice. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
