Ask if they had a place I could store a trailer and without a glance in a book or anything , the lady answered very rudely no . Gave me a snobish look and me feel like she was judging me by my appearance .
Russell, we are sorry we could not accommodate your trailer at this time. Our spaces rarely open up and stay rented. I have never know our managers to be rude. I apologize if it came off that way. We always try to treat people with respect … More
I'm not to fawn of this storage they gave me two late payments in one month never heard of such a thing ...if you pay your rent on storage and move out the next day they will not give you your rent back for the rest of the month
Hello Ron, we encourage everyone to pay on the day you and due to prevent late fees from accruing. The late fee structure is set by California Law. We state this also in each and every contract as well as we rent by the full month.

The staff here has always been polite and anytime I needed a storage never had an issue at this place besides their closing time during the winter I would say this is my go-to place when I need a storage.

Nice storage spot. Their hours are a bit limited so you can only access the storage when they are open, unless you get an outside unit but they a bit more expensive. Overall nice and clean place. The manager is really nice.
