In their own words
They dropped my tool box off the rental truck. Was damage i could not unlock it to get to my tools. I had to cut out the lock damaging the tool box. Luckily not all tools were in that tool box. Still the tool box was damaged and can not be repaired. I called them to tell them of the damage. Also missing a leg from a chair they took off did not put them back on. Looks like I will need to sue them for dame and time to cut open my tool box they refuse to return future calls. Cost over 6 thousand.
It's really difficult to give a business 1 star, especially when the movers did a really good job of getting most of the product from Point A to Point B successfully. The work was strenuous and moving furniture from a multi-story home to another multi-story home is a chore, especially when some of the heavier items were being moved upstairs. My difficulty with this mover is that they "allegedly" cracked the screen on my 86" TV and will not make good on taking care of the damage.

This company does not have insurance for out of state moves. Do not hire! Your items will be in jeopardy. Edits made 02/11/2026 in response to the reply of the owner on 02/06/2026. See the attached screenshot per my last review regarding this company not having intrastate authorization to operate. Btw this is public information folks. Dishonest with services they had initially expressed they would provide via phone convo after making it very clear to them what I needed. Failed to move into the house and unpack some very heavy items as they appeared rushed to get to another job after I was told I would have their services for 5 hours. Owner/manager was not understanding nor sympathetic after speaking to him about my concerns. If you’re a female moving solo I do not recommend. Overpriced for the services received in the end.

Again, we spoke about this and I thought it was done. I have clear messages saying that the job was going to be flat rate. As is the law with intrastate shipments in CA. I’m sorry you feel misled.
