DECEMBER 2023 Haven't written in a while since my last post I have went through more employees and had to go to 3 storages because they couldn't fix my other 2 storages so I couldn't get into them. Then I had 3 storages that were broken and I couldn't get into any of the three. They finally got an employee in there that got them all open. My biggest storage someone had cut my locks off and put their own on there.

The man who answered the phone was very rude and talked to a potential customer like a child. When a customer calls to ask questions the employee should not be disrespectful. I will be informing others of how rude the people are at anytime storage.
Me and my husband had a unit at the storage everything was clean and organize i come one day to check on my unit and there were dead mice and maggots in my unit and most of my important documents was destroyed. I lost everything for my children memories and a mom like me never gets that back. I never forgive them. I recommend everyone to not come if you want you important things to be destroyed.
