I would never recommend this company. They were almost 2 hours late, broke a major piece of furniture and left it at the bottom of the stairs. Didn't put the furniture in the rooms I asked to be put into, then was told, it's light, you can move them yourself. I made the mistake of tipping them both $20.00. the movers argued with eachother and in such a rush to leave they didn't complete the job and charge me for overtime.

Scratched up my furniture, most fragile boxes came into the new house upside down and under a huge stack of heavy boxes. They also damaged the walls in my new place moving furniture. There is a reason they are " cheaper " cost me $437 to move most of a 2 bedroom house 4 blocks away to my new place. Let's just say I wasn't pleased and a lot of my antiques and glass that was heavily wrapped in moving paper didn't make the trip. Still really upset about it.
I talked to a gentleman named Jerry and he sounded very honest and was just the type of mover I was looking for, but after my initial conversation, I was to call him back and I have 3 times and left a message each time but have not received a call back. I chose this moving service because of the ratings and several positive reviews I found online. I was not disappointed. Ashley is very polite, informative, and follows up in a timely manner returning calls and texts. Such great customer service! The moving guys - Timothy and Tinsley - are very friendly and made me feel at ease. They are paired well and work well together orchestrating the moving around of furniture and boxes. They are experts at maneuvering items in/out of doors and up/down several stairs.
I picked one of the hottest days to move and wouldn't you know it, the truck broke down before it was loaded. After the tow truck came and a rental truck was obtained, the guys moved fast to get all the furniture loaded only to find the air in my apartment was not working. All in all, Chase and his partner (sorry I don't remember his name) were always courteous and apologetic all the while being very professional. The only problem I had was rectified quickly which was greatly appreciated.
It was a pleasure assisting you with your move! Thank you so much for your patience and understanding while we grabbed a rental to replace the truck that broke down on your move.
