The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Amazing customer service starting with the office staff to the movers. On the day of my move, Brad called to verify the movers were on site and that everything was going well. When I had mentioned to the movers (Chris and Jermaine) about a package I needed them to be careful with they replied “we are going to take good care of you!” Which eased my mind. What a great response! And they did take great care of me! They did the move with a smile on their faces and spoke VERY highly of the company.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! Moving can be stressful even at the best of times. It is wonderful to know that our dedication to secure and timely moving services made a positive impact on your move. Thank you!
Moved elderly family from Michigan 5 hours away to Ohio. The moving experience was great. Friends of the family met the movers at the Michigan location and we're pleased with their professional manor. I met the gentle men on the destion end of the move and they were very kind to the elderly couple. They were respectful of them and their processions. The company was great to work with since I could not be present. So very glad I chose them. Definitely would recommend them for any moving need you might have.
Hi, Maureen. Thank you so much for leaving us a 5-star review! Your satisfaction means the world to us, and your kind words motivate us to to keep delivering excellent service every time. We really appreciate you choosing our moving company.
I had a difficult time finding a moving company who would uncrate and move a large guitar cabinet into my home from my garage. The company who sold it to me, Acoustic Remedy, suggested All My Sons. I made the call and everything moved along smoothly in a 24 hr period. Antoine and Bryon were polite, professional, helpful, and thorough. I was more than satisfied with their efforts. I thought the price was in a reasonable range given the distance they traveled to get to my home and the time it took.
Thank you so much for your kind words, Tj. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Our movers work hard to provide the most efficient and careful moving and packing services.
