In their own words
1. John does not have an actual moving truck. He has a smaller moving van and a trailer he stores your things in. This was not disclosed to us. 2. He argues about everything going into the trailer. He even refused to move certain items even after we spoke on the phone twice regarding our inventory list. He was able to see listing photos of the items in our house and assured this move would not be “difficult”. 3. The movers he hired weren’t his employees and were arguing amongst themselves the entire move.
Needed help moving since I am a single mom so I called them several weeks ago to schedule. I move this Saturday, it is Wednesday and I just got a call saying that he is cancelling. Not an attempt to reschedule, not an attempt to rectify, just a oh well sorry.
Was told they could move my stuff on Friday then calls next morning saying they can't do Friday only sunday that's not what I want then he says "Let me check the weather for Sunday" very unprofessional service highly recommend using someone else.
They were rude and did not want to work with us on our move. I know that you are one of a few companies in temple but that doesn't give you the permission to compromise customer service. I will never call this compay for a move again.
I wish we knew who you are so we could sincerely apologize for any ill feelings you may have for our Company. We strive to offer friendly communication to all prospects that call us. We can only hope you will consider amending your review.
After one phone coversation, the person on the phone was very rude, so much so, I didn’t even want to go with their service.

I moved on April 1 2021 from a 3rd floor to a 1st floor apartment in Temple TX. John at Rocket Movers called me immediately after I submitted a move request. He was polite, professional and involved with the move from start to finish. The two gentlemen that arrived to conduct the move were on time, friendly, fast and careful with my items. They went above and beyond in helping me get my move accomplished. with no damage. The only semi-negative was the price.... it seemed a bit high for such a short, easy move.
We used them to move us and my mother in law 3 times and the crews were great! We did have some damage to a bed and to a marble tabletop but the owner never responded to my email to him after our phone conversation. He did make sure that he reiterated that the damages were by the pound and not replacement cost.
The crew that helped us were great and very accommodating! They moved a lot of furniture upstairs for us including an oversized item and were wonderful with it. They moved quickly and purposefully being cognizant of cost to the customer, …
Quite happy with movers they quickly packed my apartment and moved me tightly into a storage unit. Well packed. Minor issues with not disassembling tv stand and washer due to liability but that is normal. 4.5 hours total. …
