On Thursday December 29, 2016 my husband was in contact with the manager Janell Nicholson. He informed Janell that another renter contacted him to let him know as they were leaving their storage unit, that it looked like compartments on RV's were open, it was dark and they couldn't really see but wanted us to be aware and to check ours just incase. When my husband informed Janell, she assured him that she does daily checks, and things were ok. Even after hanging up the phone, we never heard back from her.
I can't recommend this place as my 28 foot toyhauler trailer was stolen from here. There is apparently no security camera's or log of who comes and goes. The lack of security here has cost me thousands of dollars!
They confirmed a reservation via email, then told us in person when we arrived that there is no unit, the confirmation email is automatic and I had no reason to be mad because it wasn't her fault it's the computer. Next she told me that I …
we got charged twice and they said sorry but didnt do anything about it first time i saw that... just tyred of this kinda thing honestly. makes you feel like they dont care even a little bit. definately not comming back.

We had a great experience getting signed up here. We needed something close, secure, user friendly and able to accommodate vehicles. They have security cameras everywhere, they are right off the 5 Fwy and someone lives on the property too! They were efficient, thorough and friendly. Finding a good place to trust with your belongings isn’t easy. This was painless, soooooo much better than I expected. Thank you, Honeylynn!
Great place if you need a storage facility. It's clean and easy to get in and out of. The staff is very friendly and professional. They are very responsive to the customers needs. If they have the space you need, grab it, mo need to look anywhere else.
We appreciate Honeylynns help with switching over to a new unit. Great rate and offering that senior discount is a huge bonus. She is always great to work with. Highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed !
