We chose your company because of the good reviews online, and we trusted the source. We originally just got two movers (because one guy didn't come all of a sudden), and clearly, that wasn't enough, so the first two hours, almost nothing was done (and one guy that I saw a lot in those nice reviews here actually was on his phone a lot) but we were still paid with full price for that period of time.
I am editing this review with an update. After leaving this review, filing a complaint with BBB and disputing the charge with my bank, the company reached out and issued a refund. After that, I received a response on my BBB complaint stating that the company was within their legal right to charge additional costs not authorized and that a refund would not be offered.
It’s been a while, but we used these movers 14 months ago and had such a bad experience that we will never use movers again. We have been thinking about the experience since, especially since we are moving again. They didn’t organize the truck so we still had to move multiple loads on our own after and they took longer having to re-arrange the truck (only slightly, though it took a long time - which was annoying since they charged per hour).
They sent an inadequate truck that couldn't handle a 1 bedroom apartment move(lacked tiebacks, parking brakes didn't work well). They weren't able to finish the job and said they had to go do another client. I had to pay to have another truck come out the next day for a 2 hour minimum to move 10 boxes and misc items(took 15mins). Their customer service department never responded. I was forced to do a AMEX charge back on the second day of service.

I had a great experience with this moving company. Fernando and David were professional, efficient, and handled all of my furniture with care. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and made the entire move stress-free. They were friendly, communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. I had such a great experience with Bryce and Jayden. They showed up with great attitudes, worked carefully, and never made me feel rushed or stressed. They handled every box with care and made me feel taken care of the whole time. I really appreciated their professionalism and kindness.
Ignacio and Lucas were AMAZING! They were super detailed and helped us move out of our unit so quickly. We are so grateful to have them to help us with our move! They are incredibly hard workers, and they helped us every step of the way. There is not enough praise for them, they are incredible. Also, thank you Jean for setting this all up. Would definitely work with them again.
Really impressed with how efficient the moving team worked! They packed my 3 bedroom home up in about 3 hours! Ignacio and his young men were careful and respectful to me, my possessions and house. I cannot say enough nice things about them!
