3 more weeks and 3 emails and still being ghosted. I think most of the positive reviews are posted by the company. Disregard the owner's response below, I contacted via the supplied link and still no response. This company is all fluff for image sake, no action or concern for customers and their belongings. I'd give negative stars if possible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. 2 weeks after the move where a lamp was broken and NO followup from management. Once they get your money they don't give a rip.

Sent a detailed email with photos to request a quote, the reply was "We would be looking at a little over 1 million for this" - which is interesting as I got a quote no problem from another moving company. I didn't request for my building to be moved...just a one-bedroom apt...$1M is a bit steep. Super unprofessional response.
Huge disappointment. I had several emails with their staff to set up a move. They even emailed me this morning to let me know I'm good to go and to call and pay my deposit. I called and spoke to someone else and they said they don't have the equipment available for that date and referred me elsewhere. This might be a blessing if this is how they operate.

I had an amazing experience with Primetime Movers! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and extremely careful with all of my belongings. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and made what is usually a stressful moving day feel easy and smooth. The crew was friendly, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. They handled everything with care and made sure all my furniture and boxes arrived in perfect condition. Their attention to detail and great attitude really stood out.
The guys did a fantastic job. I appreciate the fantastic communication they had with the arrival times. The move from Portland to Vancouver made it good with no damage, and they were very punctual and caring for all the furniture, especially when they loaded the furniture carefully down the stairs. The guys also had a very good attitude and kept me smiling the whole day. I would use them again next time I'm moving. Thanks.
I contacted Ruvim about six months ago and he has been the nicest most well mannered gentleman ever he did the job efficiently, and if I would ever need the services again, I will definitely be contacting him again for his fair pricing and accountability.
The guys showed up on time, worked fast, and were really careful with all my stuff. They made the whole move way less stressful than I expected. Everything arrived in perfect condition and they were super respectful the whole time. Definitely would use them again.
