They quoted me HALF of what I paid! On top of the fact that a two bedroom apartment took the movers 9.5 hours. That’s right guys, 9.5 hours for a two bedroom apartment! I disassembled beds and packed boxes in living room for easy removal yet still, 9.5 hours. And DOUBLE what Michael quoted me. When I called him he hung up on me after yelling at me. Movers arrived 30 minutes late. Was charged 2.75 hrs travel time for a 45 minute move of 8 furniture items without any initial estimate of travel costs. Management made minimal attempt to remedy and was insulting and accusative. Will not use again. Absolutely do not recommend.
Typically, this is where we have an opportunity to amend any dissatisfaction you may have. Since we have already been through that process, unfortunately, I have to respond to this review with contention to support the facts.
By far, the worst moving experience ever! I will be fair! I have used Priority Moving twice in the past (Spring of 2016 and Summer 2020). Both times were great service. This time however was the exact opposite. And based on my recent experience, I will never use them nor recommend them to anyone. I called to schedule an appointment and had the bad fortune to be helped by Mike. In the past, I had dealt with Josh (the owner) who was always professional. I told Mike exactly what I needed to move from my office.
I would strongly advise against using this moving company. We had a U-Haul rental truck that needed to be returned by the end of the day. Priority was contracted to provide the labor to move heavy furniture up stairs. The company provided an estimated time arrival of 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Before 1:00, they said they'd be there within two hours. At 3:00, no movers. We had to quickly unload the heavy items to the garage, and rush to get the rental truck back.
My husband called to get an estimate and then said he was going to call around to some other places to see our options and hung up. The man called my husband back and asked if he was looking into other places because his estimate was too high and my husband told him no and that he just wanted to know his options to which the worker then replied, “man you suck” and hung up. I think it’s fair to say we will not be using your services now.

They will add more to their services fee when you pay the other half of the moving expenses. I've asked why, he says to appreciate the workers. But he never mentions the fee will increase. To save your money, don't hire them.

Priority movers were great! Spencer, Tyler and Fernando took great care with our furniture and belongings. They showed up on time and did a great job! They brought the appropriate size truck for size house we havr and did it all in one trip. This is not the cheapest moving company and that's why I chose them. They take the time and effort to wrap your furniture properly and make sure it and your house is protected from damage. I appreciate there hard work and attention to detail. You get what you pay for.

Josh, Nate, Thomas, and the other gentleman did a fantastic job moving our home. They were courteous, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic about taking great care of our furniture and belongings. It was a long and demanding move, but they maintained a positive attitude and worked hard from beginning to end. I truly appreciated their care, effort, and professionalism throughout the entire process. Thank you for helping make such a big transition for my family a little easier!
