I confirmed with them 2 weeks before and when the day comes and we are all ready to leave they tell us their truck broke down and need to be fixed and we even confirmed the day before
We're very sorry your move was canceled at the last minute after you confirmed twice; that experience is unacceptable and caused you real inconvenience. An unexpected mechanical failure occurred with the truck, but we should have notified you earlier and we apologize for the poor communication.

These guys are hands-down the best moving crew I have ever had and I have moved over six times. They were highly efficient and properly insured all of our fragile items were properly safeguarded for the move. They moved a 12 X 6, 700 pound glass table and a 9 x 7 vintage hutch/credenza with ease and without leaving a scratch or damaging any part of the house or items. Not to mention the two full bedrooms and other extremely large and fragile pieces that were moved.

When every moving company was quoting higher month end rate , All way moving quoted their normal price. On top of that, while every moving company wanted a deposit, All way moving didn't. James became the point of contact and did an amazing job on the day of move. My uphill property made their job difficult as they had to move everything on dollies. But neither James nor his boys had any complaints. They were fast and careful.
