The manager Robert assigned Movers to pack and unpack my furniture. From one location to another. Do not use this company! They overcharge and aren't capable of delegating issues of importance. Mover Dennis charged my card without getting my authorization. Their packing is substandard and unprofessional. They do not have the capacity to find things that were packed and stored by them. One of my boxes had an item that went missing. Instead of handling a problem with integrity.

WARNING!!! Don’t use this company ! This was a horrible experience for me. Started off with bringing to small of a truck to move my furniture and items. I told him I needed the largest truck they had. Took three hours for that truck to get there. Meanwhile, time was ticking away with their payment. 🤑💰💰💰They got done. It was late and too dark to see to unload. They kept my property overnight.
We're sorry to hear that you remain dissatisfied with your move. However, we believe your review leaves out several important facts. When booking your move, you described the shipment as approximately a one-bedroom move. Upon arrival, our crew found that although the property was a 4,000 sq. ft.
Do not use these guys they scammed me. I had one bedroom all packed and ready to go and moved 30 minutes away and they took SEVEN HOURS. 7 hours. 6pm- 1am. With 3 guys. One bedroom a couch and 7 boxes that they had a dolly for. They charged me 1,700 dollars and they won’t send me any money back. And they were 5 hours late from our scheduled time. They said from 1-4pm and delayed my move to 6. Horrible. UPDATE- use Bulldog movers. They did the same job in 3 hours for 400 bucks.

I will never use rocket Moving services ever again. They Stole a very expensive basketball Collection of mine. When I called Adam the head mover, to confront him about the missing collection; he ghosted me as if nothing was wrong. I called in to complain, they said they would investigate and get back to me. I never herd back from them. Not to mention, they had the nerve to ask me, if i was going to tip. This company is a scam i would never recommend you to use this company, unless you want your belongings gone.

DO NOT USE ROCKET MOVING! THEY ARE NOT HONEST! My husband & I were moving from LA to TX. We spent SO much time reviewing, interviewing, & researching moving companies. We were willing to pay more for their services because they had such great reviews! We called multiple times before our moving day to confirm everything. They sounded great & answered all of our questions. We had specific needs since we were moving with the military.

The worst. Scam. Bait and switch. 1 of them wreaked of alcohol and vomit. We didn't notice soon enough. Got their "Elite' package. They stretched it to 18 hours and demanded overtime. Some boxes had 2 small items and tons of paper. They wrapped my son's plastic toy clock with copious amounts of paper. I called their office just before they closed and explained to them their men showed up half drunk and smelly and took unnecessarily long (our previous move was done with 2 men during a morning).

they were very helpful with finishing packing up my apartment and moving out. however, the issues arose with the unloading and unpacking process. they didn’t ask where i wanted most of the items placed. they just left boxes and items in random spots and even threw things haphazardly in cupboards. they were not very organized. i gave clear instructions. i gave a very detailed list of all of my items on the phone and was quoted at less than half of what i ended up owing.

These guys started off amazing. Then the decline and intimidation came. I have been sick for over a year and in the last few weeks got worse and wasn’t able to complete all of my packing. The team helped, but they brought a truck that was too small so my move hadcto be done in two parts and what should have amounted to a $3000 move somehow became over $4300 with erroneous charges for a Tv box and mattress box (both were never used) and then came time for payment.

Adam and team were top notch, we hired a team of seven to move from one 3-story building into a storage unit and another building. All seven guys were super solid, as good of a moving experience as I’ve ever had in over a dozen moves. Quick update: while we’re thrilled about how the move went, there was some confusion about at an hourly rate and a “not to exceed” amount that we were originally quoted, which at some point between the initial walk thru and moving day became a “flat rate.” It’s still a good value…

David , Jairo, Armando, and Vladimir were all friendly, personable, professional, and worked so hard when moving all of our belongings. This was the second time we had David and Jairo help us move. It was great to have the familiar friendly faces which helped to make the second move smooth and put me at ease because they were so awesome the first time. They were flexible with our additions and changes to the plan and worked very fast, efficiently, and carefully.
