Absolutely the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. Completely unprofessional, rude, and they added hidden fees after the job was done. I was quoted $450 for a simple 1-bedroom move just 20 minutes away with 3 movers. When they arrived, I clearly explained which items to take (mine) and which to leave (my roommate’s). Despite repeating myself three times, they moved everything—including things that weren’t mine—and still forgot a major item: my desk monitor.
Initially I gave these guys five stars, that was until I hooked up my Tv and saw that I had a crack and it no longer showed a picture. I called Sam and they said they'll help me out but then they ignored my calls after they had Adam try to guilt trip me by saying he and his crew were going to pay for it themselves. I asked if they're insured and bonded why are the workers paying? Well after we agreed to a small reimbursement because I felt bad that the company was going to make the workers pay.
I had a disappointing experience with this moving company. I confirmed a date change in advance, and the owner personally confirmed the updated date. The morning of my move, no movers showed up during the confirmed arrival window because the company never actually updated the move in their system. I spent the morning calling for updates until I finally got someone on the phone.
I contracted with Prime Movers to pack/unpack and move my apartment on May 1st. On May 2nd I called to inform the manager of the horrible condition his movers left me with. Below are the issues we discussed on May 2nd: - [ ] My queen bed is now broken and how it slants and the manager told me the movers admitted to you that they had lost the bolts that support my bed.
If I could post 0 star I would. These guys ripped my 3 year old mattress while moving us in and are now claiming it is not their fault. They are dishonest men! They moved us from CA to AZ and I told them since it was late they did not have to unwrap everything nor put things back together despite paying for this service. I wanted to get them home as early as possible. However, they did still open a few items one being my mattress and completely ripped it.
Terrible service The damaged my new tv and didn’t take any actions on fixing it. Or even I’m sorry blame me. Smh. Not even 20 mins of work and disaster. They left as they man handled the 3 items they worked on. Unprofessional and came with a graffiti truck and poor service They need to reach back to me about my tv the scratched and how the service so poor. Nobody reached out.
Never trust these guys for your moving needs. They are pathetic, worst in my moving experiences. They lost only my moving supplies (bubble wrap rolls, moving dollies, tissues papers and paper napkins) I hope you understand what I mean. Their insurance also suck giving me nothing for my losses. I would have given them negative stars if possible.

These guys were fantastic! Fairly priced compared to other companies that were gonna nickel and dime me. Extremely professional. Super fast. Zero time wasting. I had Adam and Ulan who were so skilled and efficient. It was fascinating watching them work with and around eachother like a well oiled machine! They were also very polite. They wrapped and/or boxed all my heavy furniture so it was protected.
