I was able to secure storage for my home goods at Alliance Storage. At the office I learned this is a family managed facility, and they live onsight. Having them on sight provides further security to a gated and camera monitored storage facility. I was happy to discover clean lanes to drive up to units, and clean hallways in the interior units. Carts are available to load your personal items on and wheel them to your unit, and an elevator to get it all to second floor units.

Kathy's wonderful to work with. The units and grounds are are neat and clean. However, your payment website could use some work. I tried to change the card number on the payment site for auto payment and there's no way I could find to do that. I used the site to pay but it's confusing and doesn't show if the payment was processed. Possibly since it's not quite due yet. I'm out of state until next month so can't come in to rectify this issue in person. Except for the payment issue, I'm quite happy with Alliance.
