Not enough ratings
We hold limited information on this company. We have read 4 reviews for it, so anything below about what reviewers say rests on very little text. That is missing information rather than a clean record, and it is not a judgement about the business either way.
The rating breakdown
Google shows 4 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 3 | 75.0% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |

| 1 star | 1 | 25.0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What the complaints say

Counted across the 1 one and two star review we have read for Alloy Storage. A review can describe more than one problem, so these do not add to 100%. Each share is rounded on its own.
In their own words
I examined the flat pack containers offered by Alloy and found them to be both inexpensive and quite flimsy. During my conversation with the owner, Dave, regarding the concerns I had about the quality of the containers, I encountered a rude and unhelpful attitude. Consequently, I decided against purchasing from Alloy Storage and opted for a different company instead. I would not recommend Alloy Storage based on my experience.
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
