If giving 0 stars was an option I would've definitely given them that rating. I was given a monthly rate of $114, for a storage unit that honestly is not in the greatest conditions with leaks, dented doors, and a very dirty surroundings. The worst part comes as I was notified that the rent was increased to $185 starting August, unfortunately I don't have much of an option since I am currently overseas and won't be back till December but I do want to warn others to be aware before you decide to go for this place.

Beware! Do NOT rent a unit here! I'm getting my things moved asap! My unit is around $110/mo..I was late paying. They charged me nearly $200 in late fees/foreclosure fees. I was paid up through Jan 31st...on march 20th they said i owed $418! When i had it on auto pay they deducted for 2 other units that were not mine!

Really wish their units didn't allow for the sand and dirt to enter my unit. And they have raised their prices twice in the past year. So NOT worth it.
