NEVER EVER USE!!! When using Peanuts to move my mom, we got the insurance policy (thank goodness) and 2 items were broken during the move. A dining room chair and a large clay pot on the porch that was knocked off. People are human and things happen, no biggy, that’s why insurance is offered and why we got. The insurance policy states they will refund you the price of the item at current market value.
3 hours late. Did not bother to call and tell me they had put another job ahead. Of me even though I had book weeks in advance. I had to call multiple times for updates. Took a 20 minute lunch break on my dime. Movers were courteous but …
We hired them to move our stuff from our home into our rented Penske truck on Friday, June 20th. We unloaded all of the items from the Penske truck on Tuesday, June 25th, due to travel and other unfortunate events. The load was locked the entire time, and I had the only set of keys to the lock. I knew it would have to sit for a day or so before it could be unloaded, so I bought the lock. When it was finally unloaded, we realized that items were missing.

Worst movers experience ever. Movers were asked to be sure to have a truck with 85" clearance to move a commercial two door empty freezer. After arriving (at the incorrect time), we asked again to affirm that there was adequate clearance. One of the movers put a tape measure (which he had to borrow) to the opening, measured it but said nothing. Movers proceeded to bring the freezer on the lift to the truck opening. The opening was 5" too short!
Ms. Forster my guys drove from hattiesburg to laurel Ms to help you guys out the freezer didn't fit on the truck at all they put the freezer back in the same spot. We didn't charge you one penny at all! So how we the worst movers!! We was there on time waiting on you..
They did a good job and protected all of my furniture except for my mattresses and boxsprings, they got very dirty. There is one issue pending and I hope that they make it right, like their employees said they would. Updates to follow. Well, it has been over a week with no update on resolving the issue, not even a phone call of concern. They will get your stuff moved and if it gets damaged, too bad.
Do Not use this company. They are a Nightmare! I hired them to load my U Haul when I moved out of state. They don’t tell you about the incidental charges like the extra hours you pay for them to drive to and from your house. The movers did …

Ms.King This is 💯 FASLE!!! The Company charged you $327.00 160hr (3 GUYS ) two hour minimum Our office is in DIberville you were in Long Beach! All companies charges mileage. We charge $1.50mile it was 38 mile round trip!!
