Things started out fine. I decided to go with Al’s moving service due to the good reviews and decent pricing. They showed up on time and started the job as planned. They quoted one day for packing and one day for the move itself. The packing day seemed to go smoothly. The moving day is when things took a turn. As they got closer to filling the truck, it became obvious that they had misquoted the job. I rented a small U-Haul ahead of time just in case.
While they were extremely nice, I would not use their service again. We have moved 4 times over the last 10 years so we are no rookies to the process of moving. They did a great job packing but the moving part wasn't so great. Our coffee table glass broke in the truck and they barely apologized. They were unable to bring quite a bit of stuff which has never happened to us before. Despite boxes and rooms being clearly labeled they were put into wrong rooms.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Al’s Professional Moving! They completely exceeded our expectations and made what could have been an extremely stressful move feel smooth, organized, and actually enjoyable. They moved us from a 4-bedroom home in Orange County to our new 5-bedroom home in Corona, and the entire experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The crew showed up on time, ready to work, and immediately impressed us with how professional, respectful, and hardworking they were.

Al's Professional Movers was available on short notice with a reasonable price to complete a move from the IE out to Hesperia. They were on-time and provided an accurate quote without even seeing what was needed by just asking a couple questions. Very nice and willing to help with anything that was asked of them. Definitely will be recommending them to others and using them again in the future.
I called Al’s Moving at the very last minute, completely stressed and on a tight deadline—and they showed up and absolutely saved me. It was just two guys, but they handled everything. We had extremely heavy furniture, and they moved it without hesitation. They took apart and reassembled pieces, worked quickly, and stayed on task the entire time. They were punctual, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. What really stood out is that they went above and beyond.
We know how overwhelming a last minute move can feel, especially with so much happening at once, so we’re really glad we could step in and help make things easier for you. The crew will definitely appreciate hearing this.
