I had a great experience with Tri City Storage. The facility was clean, secure, and very easy to access. What really stood out was the excellent customer service from Allie — she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel confident that my belongings were in good hands. It’s rare to find service this welcoming these days.
Office personnel was just the sweetest!!!!! Reasonable price. All ground level units!
This facility is so clean and neat. The property Manager Allie, is so nice & warm and welcoming. She is always there to lend a helping hand when needed. Definitely will be telling my family about this storage facility and letting them know that this is by far the best in Riverside County!
