READ & TRUST THE LOW REVIEWS of this company. AVOID their SCAM! We were completely scammed! They did not arrive OR deliver when they said they would. They continually moved the arrival and delivery times further out. Lots of lies and broken promises. They charged us way more than what was quoted (said they needed a 2nd truck - when they estimated that only 1 was needed). They arrived the next day (day of our closing), 2 1/2 hours later than promised - with a truck full of someone else's belongings.
Kimberly, I'm so sorry to hear about the terrible experience you had with our moving services. We're taking your feedback seriously and will work hard to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.
We STRONGLY advise you to read the Better Business Bureau complaints on this company before using them. Also, they have a relationship with America First Moving (a brokerage company that uses this company to actually move people). That's all I have to say - I just wish we had looked on BBB before we made our choice...Look up both companies on BBB before using them for your move!!

This company has failed to honor the commitments they made when I signed the contract. They promised delivery within the agreed timeframe, yet weeks have passed with no delivery, no confirmed schedule, and no reliable updates regarding the shipment’s location. Throughout this process, I have received inconsistent and contradictory explanations from their dispatch team.

0 stars. I booked this move months in advance, and described everything I had. When they arrived I was being told it would be another $3,000. I told them no. They only took about half of my items due to not paying more. A couple days later a virtual assistant (someone foreign) called me asking for another payment from a company I’ve never heard of. I called AMB and they told me to make the payment so I did… weird. Then on the day of arrival, I was told it was going to be another $150 due to using an elevator.

I had three large antique pieces that were very important to me, and unfortunately, my experience with this moving company was stressful. Some items were handled carelessly during the move, and one piece even had minor scratches when it arrived. The staff didn’t seem to fully appreciate how fragile or valuable these pieces were, and communication throughout the process was inconsistent. I expected more professionalism and care for items of such sentimental value.

This company is a complete fraud. They will under quote you a price and then once half of your things are on a truck. They forced to sign paperwork and increase the price. They take completed advantage of you if they steal half of your stuff, you will only get pennies on the dollar For a broken TV lost boxspring, mattress, jewelry and six wardrobe boxes. They only offered me $48 on insurance a claim settlement.
