I wish I had the same service as everyone else. I know we had a lot of stuff to move but they came to the house to give a estimate and saw what was there. Maybe if the job is small they do better. I have been trying to get replacement for a item they broke but I keep getting excuses which you will see when the owner reply to this.
glad you had a good experience. I didn't. some of my belongings went to his warehouse and wasn't returned to me. I am missing bins with my stuff and two folding tables. when I asked I was told he doesn't have them. beware out there. his warehouse has many things in storage, other people's stuff.

I know every business strives for a 5 star rating, with all the competition, along with how a single "less than 5 star" review can negatively effect a hard working company. If I could PAY my OWN money to give American Dream Movers an extra star or two, I'd reach into my wallet and gladly pony up the cash. We had a difficult time nailing down an actual moving date - our buyer was getting the runaround from their mortgage company - so the date changed over the course of 3 weeks, the weeks that lead up to Xmas.

American Dream moved my son in November 2025 and they were awesome. They sent a whole crew and were definitely experienced and worked well together. They carefully wrapped every piece of furniture in blankets and cello wrap. Not one scratch or damage. All that for a one-mile move!! At the new house, they unwrapped everything and placed it where it was to go. They cleaned up and removed all the wrappings. They were friendly and efficient and got the job done quickly.
