We were very disappointed at how Cimply Labor aka Elite Movers handled certain aspects of our move and their non-responsiveness after many attempts to communicate. Ricardo was not knowledgable about insurance coverage and protecting our furniture in transit. We were also very disappointed in what took place after our move. Ours was a 2 part move. During the first part of our move they broke the two handles on an expensive piece of furniture.

OCTOBER/NOVEMBER 2025: I cannot even begin to express the enormous gratitude I have for Greg and his team at Cimply Labor. The fact that Greg was able to accommodate not ONE but THREE separate moving jobs for me within less than a week was nothing short of miraculous. He saved my life (literally) because they was no way I could have possibly packed up and moved my entire apartment by myself in such a short time. "Thank you" simply doesn't feel like enough.
