Super rude and didnt want to assist us in getting into a unit because it wasnt "right now" went to storage choice and was treated better.

Do not get a storage here yes it is local but management will continue to raise your storage rate for absolutely no reason no improvements with the facility no incentives so why does rent keep going up 5 to 7 dollars every six months. The storage facility is privately owned so they feel that they could do anything that they want to be aware I will be canceling my lease after October. Thanks for listening

Rented a Uhaul to be picked up here and the office wasn’t even open/unlocked to pick up keys (Uhaul app said to pick up keys at counter). Lockboxes were empty. No one was there. Said they open at 10am. It’s 10:50 and they’re still not open. What a joke.

If I could leave zero stars, I would this is the worst absolute worst customer service worst and most expensive storage I have ever experienced. They need to be shut down.

Limited access to your properties, no emergency contact number when gate is not operational, access keypad not in service when trying to input password.
Late fees are ridiculous. Go to public storage if 1 is closer. The property manager is a sweetheart but overall bad experience.

I have been at this storage facility since 2022 and would like to say that it is always been a very clean facility. The lady that works at the desk (I think her name is Jenesha) has always been very kind polite and very informative about my account. I actually have two units and I am pleased with the service and the facility.
