The place said it was closed out side I called 4 times no answer then I got yelled at and called annoying this was the worst service I have ever had
Lady working her was very nice and polite but my motorcycle was stolen out of this lot while being locked and stored. They had no security footage and nobody knew anything. Local cops were worthless.
Greg called me before drop off time extremly rude saying that I was already supposed to be there with my uhual dropped off when that is definitely not what my reservation says. I was already going to call uhual today to let them know I will be late and have to change the location drop off due to it being 2hrs away from my location. He immediately said I wasn't allowed to do that and that I should have called them even though I explained they were closed and I wouldn't have been able to reach anyone.

No zeros are allowed unfortunately. In the middle of nowhere, they wanted me to drop the truck off and leave the keys in a drop off box which was nowhere to be seen. Just say no to this place.
The lady who works the property is amazing but the new owner doubled the rental rates..that has to be illegal in some way, right?

The customer service was spot on. I have never had a better uhaul renting experience as my experience renting one here. Heather is a legend! She went out of her way to promptly help us get a uhaul when one at different location did not work out. I can’t recommend getting a uhaul here just for the service alone. Amazing.
Thank you for your kind review. Heather is amazing! We are so blessed to have her on our team! Always know, we are here for all your storage and UHaul needs. Our Best, Your Anacapa Storage Team
