In their own words
I called and scheduled movers to unload a 15 ft U-Haul to a 2nd floor apt. They said they'd be there between 1-3pm. I told them we were driving from GA/ might be late if 95 had issues, he said he would call after they finished a job and see if there were delays. Well, we had delays. I said we'd be there by 1:30, but they would still finish before 3p.m. Yet, he still wanted to charge me an extra $175 for an extra hour. I kept trying to explain that even waiting 30 minutes to start, they'd still be done before 3pm.
It was a horrible time with this company, 1 of the movers had the worst attitude and told me I had way to much stuff. Kept ignoring everything I asked for, finally told 1 of the other workers if he didn't change his attitude I wanted him to leave. They totally misjudged my furniture and I had to leave a ton of my stuff behind. All in all the worst moving company I have ever used. Also it has been 6mo and I was NOT GOING TO DO THIS REVIEW, BUT they keep asking me to do it. I was going to keep it to myself.
