In their own words
My wife tried to write a review but google won’t post it for some reason. If I could give zero stars I would. We moved from FL to CA, everything was either lost, stolen or arrived broken. Both my wife and I called during the packing process and expressed our concerns with our experience and were literally yelled and cursed at to the point my pregnant wife was in tears. Priceless items never arrived, scrapbooks, handmade birthday cards, computer with thousands of photos, etc.
We scheduled a move with them. I called prior to move to confirm appointment. No call back on confirmation. They did not show up. I called an hour+ after scheduled time. They put me on hold and eventually got back on phone to say they were at another job and would get to our job after they were finished with other job. We were closing on our home that day and needed to be moved out. Thankfully we had wonderful neighbors that pitched in and helped us move. Communication was bad throughout the process.
I do not normally leave negative reviews for any vendor, but due the frustrating experience that I had I feel compelled to leave one. My move was definitely not five star!! The positive was that workers were polite and courteous. The negative was that they appeared to be in rush to complete the task. After being cautioned by me on how to handle some heavy tool boxes they chose to ignore my guidance and drop a large mechanics tool box on the ground which destroyed the box.
HORRIBLE experience! The gentleman who showed up for my estimate was professional and made me feel comfortable in choosing Morey Moving Inc to pack and move me from St Augustine to Fleming Island. The gentleman who showed up to pack and move me are the reason for my review. Not only did they not show up with enough boxes and packing paper, but they packed their candy wrappers within my boxes.
Michelle we are still waiting on an email from you with the exact items that are missing. We have looked and everything was put on the truck.
Wow! What a disaapointment! After reading great reviews of this company, I hired them to move a few items out of storage to my new home. The storage facility was 1.6 miles from their location. They arrived promptly at 9 am and I will admit …
Do not use this company. The brochures are deceptive. My move was a migraine headache. The truck was not large enough for all the contents of my house. They over loaded the truck causing a lot of damage. They did not provide wardrobe …

We are so glad you where satisfied with our service. Again thanks for choosing Ravan Moving and Storage
Alan and Jerry were on time very efficient and did a fantastic job! They carefully moved all of my belongings into a storage unit. I would definitely recommend Raven moving and storage.
Fabulous, nice crew who worked very hard in extreme heat. Very much appreciated their work ethic and kindness. A good price for good work.
Excellent experience from start to finish! The entire crew was friendly, professional, and genuinely looked like they enjoyed their job. Every request we had was met with, "Absolutely, no problem!" They even accommodated our last-minute schedule change without any issues. They made moving day so much easier, and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend!
