Hired this company to move my mom and dad from Florida to Missouri. My husband and I are prior military so we know how the moving process is suppose to be, THIS WAS NOT IT!! The workers were very unprofessional. They walked around with their shirts off and using a lot of profanity. All of my mothers prescription pain medication was stolen. As well as her wedding rings and other various jewelry. We filed a police report but I am sure we will never recover any of the items.
They won't pay for materials they break. I spent days on the phone communicating that I had a computer and some boxes that I needed moved. Probably the smallest move ever, but kept stating that the one thing I wanted to ensure was safe was my computer. I was assured that they would pack it carefully, and that it would be safe. When they packed it, they used random boxes that were laying around, my house, and some paper that they stuffed in it.
Update: I reviewed the correct business. Buyer Beware. They lie, they yell, they say will call you but you never get one. They even call EACH OTHER liars. The driver didn't have the details of where my belongings were supposed to be delivered #1 and had something else to do with the box truck (the truck where they only move YOUR contents) in two days. Rather than meet me at storage during the contract window (giving me time to drive across four states with two dogs) told me he'd meet me there the next day.

Update: They told me they would give me $400 (not even 25% of the damages and losses they caused) but ONLY if I took down any reviews I had written about them and replaced them. After going back and forth, being passed around and wasting HOURS of time- they never sent us any money back. We have opened a case with the BBB and will be working with our insurance company to hopefully recover some of what was lost from this company. We also never heard from George… this is now 4 months later.

These movers were hired by a buyer to to pick up a piece of furniture. They gave me 2 different days and spent the whole time changing the times on me. The driver and the owner of the company were incredbable were rude. telling I was rude and didn't understand the moving business. All I asked of is them to keep to the window of time 9-3pm as I have appointments I need to keep. No integrity or manners. One said they were late because of weather then it was because someone died. Excellent moving experience from start to finish! Great communication, outstanding service, and everything was handled on time with care and efficiency. The entire team was professional and made the process easy and stress free. A special shout out to Trad for providing an excellent overview of the process and a clear, accurate quote, and to Austin and Rob for their hard work, professionalism, and attention to detail on moving day. They were careful with our belongings, efficient, and a pleasure to work with.
On Time Moving Company has been, hands down, the best moving company I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They packed up my mom’s house in Florida expertly, shipped everything with excellent communication about delivery times, were 100% on time for our anticipated move, and unpacked the entire household, assembled furniture and helped arrange everything. Not one missing or broken item. The movers were efficient, polite, and so kind. Truly one of a kind! Thank you so much!
Move in today could not have gone any better! Driver Ron and associate Austin were the most amazing team!! They are exceptionally hard workers and very helpful. Nothing was scratched, dented or broken! I moved from Florida to Virginia. Can't say enough good things about them. They are awesome! HIGHLY reccomended!!
I recently had a two stop move from Sarasota Florida to Washington, D.C. then on to south New Jersey. Alston and Rob were the men in charge. They were polite and professional; extremely easy to work with and they did a wonderful job transporting my belongings. Thank you both!!
